Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Refund Policy

At ROBERTA SCHILLING COLLECTION, we strive to provide high- quality products and exceptional service. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging,
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation number) is required.
  • Give us a brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Sale items marked as Final Sale

2. Return Process

To start with a return:

  1. Contact us at ecommerce@rscollection.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company — sometimes it takes additional time for the refund to appear.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ecommerce@rscollection.com and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
